Planning a networking event

When considering a party or event venue, remember to ask what the capacity is and decide whether it’s right for your event. There’s no point hiring a huge night club that holds 1000 if you’re planning to invite 100 people. After the date and location have been confirmed, it’s time to invite your guests. Make sure they get your invitations at least 30 days before the event! The style and quality of invitation gives people an indication of what the experience is going to be like, so take time choosing a suitable design and always use high quality paper. You could even design your own invitation on instantprint. You can upload your own images or artwork, or simply customise one of their existing templates to make sure your invitations look exactly how you want them to… and nobody will have an excuse not to RSVP!
