iOS 6.0 Causing Multiple Downloads of Podcasts

iOS 6.0 was released with the iPhone 5 but any Apple user would know that the first version would have a lot of problems. It seems that podcast users that are on iOS 6 would need to upgrade to iOS 6.0.1 or face some dire consequence in terms of data overusage. This was because a bug was present in the operating system which caused the system to download the same episode multiple times.

The solution would be to update to iOS 6.0.1 as this problem is not present in that particular update. So, for any podcast users, iOS 6.0.1 comes in highly recommended especially if you do not have an unlimited data plan. If not, expect a more expensive bill from your data usage.

In other news, it seems that the iPad Mini have already been replacing some devices in the market today. Instead of the iPad that the iPad Mini had expected to replace, a report by Cowen & Co revealed that it is the Windows PC instead that the iPad Mini will replace. This is shown through a figure which shows that the iPad Mini will be replacing the Windows PC by 42%, iPad by 29%, Kindle Fire by 13% and a few other devices.
