The iPhone 5 had made its debut in less than 24 hours and as expected, a lot of people have been rushing in to get their hands on this latest offering by Apple. Although it isn’t much improvement from the iPhone 4S, the 4-inch display and the faster innards might just cause those from the iPhone 4 era to upgrade, especially as their contract is coming to an end.

For those that live in the countries that will be getting the iPhone on its initial worldwide release, you can already place your pre-order. This is because September 14th is the date on which the pre-order will be made available in countries such as the United States, Canada, Singapore, Germany and a few others. Those that will be pre-ordering can expect the phone to arrive at their doorstep on September 21st.

The unlocked version of the iPhone 5 is expected to be sold at $649 for the 16GB version, $749 for the 32GB and $849 for the 64GB version. Those that might not be pre-ordering will most probably need to queue up early so that they can get their hands on one of these phones. Will you be ordering one of these? Do tell in the comments below.
