Sharingmy experience whatI learnt to get my first app developed. Making a mobile app not only involves publishing and compiling app the one major part is to create the web service with existing web engine or create web and db layer . I got my app developed similar to popular dating apps by using http://www.sourcecloud.in and http://www.trigger.io the app was created bySourcecloud.in and they setup my app publish account with trigger.iobut I gave my own Apple Developers account keys. Now main point is are you looking for static app or dynamic app where user login or create account and manage various functions . If you looking for dynamic, then I think you need to hire a company like SourceCloud first to develop your functions and features as web service and then add it to mobile frame work. Very professional
