Three reasons to outsource mobile programming:

    1) Altough I cna program, I’m not able to deliver for all platforms (iOS, Android, WP/WP8). So better to fcous on one language + content + good functional spec for others to programm.
    2) My work is more expensive than others 🙂
    3) Allows me to focus on all other aspects then pure programming.

    1. Doing what you do best, marketing is very important. The mobile app is the product, you will need a flashing billboard so people can discover it.

The use of best resources…everybody has the same time…what you do with it is really important, so outsource is integral to manage your time.

  • I will outsource the development of my first app to stay focus on other parts of successful app business: Research/Concept Drafting/Coming up with Business model and eventually most important and time consuming part: APP Marketing. That’s why I’m looking to outsource my first app in near future. Hope that answer will get me a free course and I’m looking forward for that. Thanks, Marcin from London

    In my opinion:

    – Outsourcing makes sense for cutting costs while reducing workload on the employee.
    – Software development takes less time when people are working on your applications around the clock, so you can get your product to market more quickly than your competitors can.
    – When you outsource, you don’t have to spend time recruiting, hiring, training, and housing employees for short-term projects.

I would outsource mainly to get more sleep

  • Depend on the size of the projects, I will outsource some of the lesser projects so I can focus on bigger projects. If the outsourced projects is small I can checked its quality better.
