Cool Reversi Giveaway
Reversi, otherwise known as Othello, is my all-time favorite board game. The synergy of simplicity and strategy in the game is what keeps me coming back to it. And thanks to VYGSoft, I get to play it for hours on end on my iPhone with their brilliant app called Cool Reversi.
In my review of Cool Reversi, I expressed my satisfaction with the developer's implemention of the game along with my minor disappointment with a couple of display bugs. Fortunately, I just got in touch with Vlad of VYGSoft and he told me that all is well now, the app having been updated and improved a couple of times since my review.
Apparently, Vlad was feeling particularly generous during our recent email exchange as he also provided us with a lot of promo codes (and I mean a lot) to give away to a number of WOiP readers so that they might also have the chance to play Reversi using, IMO, the best and coolest Reversi app for the iPhone out there.

The Lost Cities board game is playable with 2-4 players so it is a perfect board game for families that want to have the option to play "just mom and dad" but also have the option to let up to two kids play along.

Sorry! Now there's a board game distilled to the fundamenal elements: individualism, collaboration, betrayal and revenge.
I dare any of you to play me in mancala or reversi. ever since that free mancala game came out ive had a hard time finding anyone that can beat me. People have beaten me at single games but in a series i always come out on top. And reversi i played every day online in word processing a year ago and have played every night since then.
I am good at reversi and chess. There was one time i beat a guy at reversi so many times that he give up playing with me.

Risk and Stratego have long been my favorites, and now my son is getting good at them so I finally have a bit of competition. When will there be a decent Risk app for the iPhone? I'd love to try out Reversi. Thanks!
Argh, it can be said from one pole to the other that no soul can play Candy Land quite like I. I leave my children in tears, awash in the knowledge that they shall never climb ladders to sweet goodness as fast as I can.

For some weird reason the murder/detective type board game Cluedo is my thing, I just seem to always manage to guess things quickly (without cheating) so ... that would be the one I'll have to go with. I was a fan of Othello (way) back in my ZX Spectrum gaming days but haven't played it lately, dunno why - just never really got around to it.
I think the only board games I am good at is monopoly and chess.
