An application made by avid cooks for avid cooks. Create your own personal collection of recipes by either entering them yourself or using the Mealmaster import capabilities. The popular recipe sharing format is used by numerous sites on the web such as http://www.meal-master-recipes.com or http://cuisine.at, putting thousands of recipes at your fingertips.
Made a decision on what to cook? Simply add the recipe to the build-in shopping list and it automatically creates entries for all required ingredients, ready to be checked off. You’re doing the cooking but not the shopping? Send your shopping list via eMail, showing what you got and what you still need... Recipes themselves are presented in a clear and unobtrusive multi-page interface: The main page contains all vital information like the title, an image and the list of ingredients. By flicking horizontally, browse through the individual steps of the instructions. And since it’s always nice to have some visual pointers, images can be added pretty much everywhere inside RECIPES. Either choose an image from your photo library, take a photo with your iPhone’s build-in camera or use the build-in image web browser.
A friend asks you for that great recipe you cooked the other day? Send her an eMail in Mealmaster format directly from RECIPES. It also contains a link allowing her to add it to her own copy of RECIPES...
RECIPES can even prevent your iPhone/iPod Touch from going to sleep while you’re viewing a recipe (i.e. while you’re cooking)... or not, you decide: It’s an option in the application’s settings. One of many small details that make cooking with RECIPES much more enjoyable...
