Baloons is an awesome casual game that succeeds in one all-important area where many games in this genre fail– it keeps your interest past the fifth level!
Bloons takes a familiar flash game and brings it to the non-flash iPhone and iPod Touch. (Thanks Apple!)
The goal of the game is to have your monkey shoot darts in such a way as to pop as many balloons as possible. Along the way there are powerups like super darts.
It all sounds simple… and it is! At least for the first few levels. After that, however, things get interesting. That’s when the ice bloons, bomb bloons, tack bloons and helium bloons start to appear. Add some walls that stop darts and rubber walls that bounce darts into the mix and… it isn’t nearly as easy as it first looks.
