App Update – Retro Netflix

A month ago I looked at a variety of options for managing you Netflix queue right from your iPhone. At $2.99 one of the more expensive apps was Retro Netflix.
With it you can:
– Securely and efficiently add, re-order and remove items from your queue
– View and add titles that might also be of interest to you based on your current queue selection
– Add DVD or Blu-Ray titles
– See title cast lists and directors and view individual biographies
– View an actor’s or director’s filmography
– View a title’s art work and synopsis
– Search by title name or person name, sort results by genre, release date or rating
– Add individual discs of mult-part titles (e.g. a television series)
– E-mail titles to friends so they can add them to their queue using the Netflix web site or Retro Netflix
My biggest criticism? No support for the Netfix instant queue. Well, Retro Netflix was just updated and now… IT DOES.
