Apple overhauls AppleCare website

In the past few weeks Apple has been hard at work overhauling their website. Now the Cupertino company has turned their eyes on the AppleCare and Support website.


They have made the website more streamlined and brought back features such as Live Chat and other great features. The 24/7 chat option is a great addition for users trying to get help with their products.

Similar to the changes made to the Apple Online Store, the new support page sports several drop down menus allowing users to narrow down their problem before being sent to another support site.


If you need more help dealing with your problem then you can schedule calls with Apple Support, open a support ticket or chat live with an Apple Support representative.

Some readers are still seeing the old design, but the new site should be up and running within the next few days.
