iTunes Gift Cards are one of the best gifts to give for this holiday season. The fact that they allow the user to get just about anything from the App Store makes it a perfect gift for those that might not know what to get for the special someone. However, the problem before is that gift cards are available on a certain denominations only. Now, a new kind of gift card is made available and this allows you to give any amount between $15 to $500.

This variable amount gift card is determined from the price that you pay from the cashier. Once paid, the amount will be tied to the barcode that is available on the gift card. That card can then be used to redeem on the things that are available on the Apple App Store through iTunes. However, not many retailers have these variable amount gift cards ready. Only one supermarket chain and one retailer have the cards on sale although it is expected for many more to follow suit.

These cards are not available on the Apple online store either. iTunes Gift Cards are available on a denomination of $15, $25, $50 and $100 although for the Apple Store, the gift cards are available from as low as $25 to as much as $2000.
