Apple to take orders for new iPhone by 12 September

The date for the next iPhone to be announced is nearing because as we mentioned before, 12 September is the date on which the device will be announced to the world. In addition to that, we aren’t just talking about the official announcement but also the pre-orders of the next generation iPhone as well. The aforementioned date is said to be both the launch and the date on which the phone will be made to pre-order by the public.

In addition to that, those that are living in Germany, are in for a special treat. This is because Deutsche Telekom has decided to offer pre-orders not on 12 September but today instead. This is how confident the telecommunication carrier about the upcoming release of the device. Deutsche Telekom is also the largest mobile-phone operator in Germany and thus this decision puts it as the first company to offer a device that has yet to be announced.

This isn’t the first time the company had done so because last year, the same was done as well. Deutsche Telekom in addition to several other European carriers took orders a month ahead before the iPhone 4S was unveiled. Perhaps doing so is better as compared with taking orders after the product was unveiled.
