Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Here is a simple solution how-to fix “ASL.dll is missing from your computer” error message.

Copy blackra1n.exe which you have downloaded from https://blackra1n.com to the folder below.

If you are using Windows 32-bit version, copy blackra1n.exe to this folder:
C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleApple Application Support

If you are using Windows 64-bit version, copy blackra1n.exe to this folder:
C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAppleApple Application Support

Once you have copied blackra1n.exe to Apple Application Support folder, run blackra1n.exe from there.

The other way is (THIS WAY IS NOT RECOMMENDED, USE IT IF ONLY YOU CANNOT GET blackra1n WORKED WITH THE TRICK ABOVE):
Go to C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleApple Application Support (if you are using windows 32-bit)
OR
Go to C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAppleApple Application Support (if you are using windows 64-bit)
and right click on the ASL.dll file, click “Open With…”, and browse for blackra1n.exe. Be sure to uncheck “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” option.

Now if you run blackra1n.exe again, it will work like a charm.

Notes:
– You need to run blackra1n.exe as Administrator.
– How to determine wheter I’m using Windows 32-bit or 64-bit version?
If you are seeing Program Files and Program Files (x86) in drive which Windows installed to (commonly installed in drive C:), it means you are using Windows 64-bit version. Otherwise, you are using Windows 32-bit version.
