What I like most about IconBeast is the detail in the icons the author puts her thoughts on. These icons are pixel perfect in every sense. You can imagine how beautiful these icons are when they are in retina display. Apart from this, it seems to me that IconBeast Pro has covers most of the important topics an iOS developers ever need. Example of the topics include people, business, finance, communication, property, device, multimedia, transportation, food, tool, fashion, object, flora, fauna, military, automobile, medical, religion, smileys, and more.
