The rumor mill on the next iPhone keeps on spinning and this time it is on a topic so many people favoured the most: release date. Based on a report made by AppleInsider, a Foxconn recruiter stated that the new iPhone will be released as early as June this year. This claim was made in a program done by WBS which included clips from the company’s recruiting office.

It was reported that Foxconn needed as many as 18,000 employees this time around because it was stated that the company needed to prepare for the demand of the new iPhone 5. Foxconn is currently Apple’s biggest manufacturing partner in China as it employs tens of thousands of workers in its massive factory. In fact, Foxconn even has a city inside a city which houses all of the factories and workers in a single place.

As far as we are concerned, this rumor can be shrugged off because the iPhone 4S still has a strong demand. In fact, 9 to 5 Mac also stated that the source for this rumor was not credible enough for people to take it seriously. It is expected for the device to be released sometime during fall 2012.
