  1. I’m not sure why people are making a big deal regarding the first item on your list – the email address to use for contacting Apple about iPhone reviews. It’s the standard email address Apple uses to send you rejections or “your app is delayed forever” messages. Sending email to that address is not at all helpful. Best response I ever received from it was: “there is no additional information to share at this time.” Usually sending to that address, even when you have a valid “follow-up” number for your case, results in no email reply at all.

It highlights one of the biggest problems with Apple’s review process. If your app is rejected or delayed in the review process, that’s when you need communication from Apple the most. And that is where Apple totally fails.

I have to agree with Brian. Been using that address from the beginning and it is just the same as all Apple emails…automated answer and no response ever.

  3. Carlo Vigiani says:

The “Bike Mount for the iPhone and iPod Touch” link is incorrect, as pointing to the previos one (Google Latitude). Can you please update it?

    Thanks

  4. Dan Grigsby says:

    Carlo: fixed! Thanks.
