User Rating:Most people love ice cream, but many of us never stop to think about the hard work that goes into serving the frozen treat. With all of those flavors, containers and combinations it’s a wonder anyone can keep it straight. If you have ever wondered what it was like to run a creamery then Creamy Ice, a new game from Fire Thumb games that offers the high speed intensity only seen from the best of ice cream vendors.
The game consists of a grid of containers, ice cream flavors, and toppings. The customer shows you what they want and your mission is to fullfill the customer’s order as fast as possible. If you delay in providing the requested ice cream your customer will become upset, and you will make less money. If you attempt to sneak the wrong flavor, or in anyway deviate from the customers order, you will have to throw out the order and start over, with your daily income taking the hit.
As you progress you will unlock new flavors, containers, toppings, and even upgrade your ice cream cart to larger buildings. With time you can unlock an endurance and time trail mode where you can really see if your ice cream slinging skills are up to par.
Games like Creamy Ice are good examples of simple but addictive gameplay. The concept is easy but keeps you coming back for more, time and time again. The graphics are sharp, and the game offers Twitter integration to share your achievements with fellow ice creamy gurus. To be honest, $.99 is a small price to pay to experience the fast paced world of ice cream sales.
