Do you like the privacy that Facebook offers you but wish that you could follow others without the need of being their friend? Then Follow App is the app for you. With it, you can follow interesting people and receive their status updates without them even knowing.
Provided, you will need to “have the proper permissions in order to view their news feed.” This vague statement is seen throughout the app and how you acquire these permissions, I have no idea. I’m guessing that the person you want to follow needs to have their Facebook settings to ‘Friends of Friends,’ and you must be friends with any one of their friends.
Sometimes, you are greeted with the message, “You are now following xxx, although it seems that you don’t have permission to view their wall.” How can I get permission? Clearer labeling would be very beneficial to this app.
But it is interesting that you can in fact view some peoples’ updates without them knowing. After following several people, you can open Follow App and view your stealth news feed. You should know that this news feed is only available through this app and it will not show up in your actual Facebook timeline or anything. After all, you aren’t actually friends with anyone who you are following.
If this sounds interesting to you and you aren’t concerned with invading the privacy of others, then get Follow App.

Simply add Facebook users to your app and start following them without even adding them as your friends. (You will need to have the proper permissions in order to view their news feed).
