Imagine that you’re dead. Now imagine that you haven’t died, but living in your mind, to find yourself creeping into darkest corners of your brain. To find out your freaking conscious is scary as hell! That’s what basically this great app is.
I found that there’s no challenge, your main goal is to "walk" around your head, trying to find the "truth". You’re playing as John, a man lying in a hospital bed after some freak accident. You find yourself in a coma yet you don’t know "where" you are! From what I gathered it seems you have a love interest and her voice is what keeps you trying to find the "truth".
The game does all of this in a series of pictures with riddles and short story development in the form of words. What I really love about this game is how simple it is! Just find the keyword or the answer to the levels riddle and just type it in the box below and proceed to the next level.
I also like how Marcin (the developer) sort has a Nintendo Power Hotline from his Facebook (if anyone remembers that from the old Nintendo power mags) were he gives hints (not answers!)
This game will keep you entertained throughout the levels, only that after you completed all the riddles and know all the answers, the game sort of loses its value and eventually makes you forget about it and delete it. That’s really the only major gripe I have with this game.
I also really like how this game is dark and scary! Not many major budget video games give me a good scare. This app does, and it’s just pictures with words!
The music is what really freaks me out! Ever felt the presence of someone behind you, and turn around to find your creepy friend or just plain air? This is what I felt this game is, someone or something is behind you but you can’t turn around.
All in all, this app is just great. The best thrilling survival-horror produced in pictures and riddles!
