If you’re like me, booking a hotel for your trip is a time-consuming and sometimes frustrating operation especially if you are on the road and need to make a last-minute change. You have to find a WIFI hotspot, hop on your computer and do a search. Wouldn’t it be great if it were easier? Well, an App called Hotel Negotiator by Priceline.com may be ‘just the ticket.’
Open the Hotel Negotiator App. and shake it for current deals around your default location. You can also choose a city where you need to find a hotel, click on your city and deals will show up. You can then bid on your hotels and see if your bid is accepted right at that time. The one-page checkout screen makes booking your hotel painless. You can then use the tools that allow you to check for flights and rental cars. The App actually takes you to the Priceline.com website to find other information for your trip. A nice feature is a home button on the Priceline.com website that takes you right back to the App to continue on with booking more options.
Having used Hotel Negotiator to book a trip this week, it went smoothly and it was very easy to get everything done. If you travel often or even just a few times a year, this App makes it effortless to get the best prices and it’s especially useful if you need to make a last-minute reservation on the run.
