Do you own a small business? If you do, you know that when you are at a customer’s house and have just finished a job, it would be a great thing if you could have an invoice ready for them right at that moment, and I doubt you carry your computer with you everywhere you go.
Well if you have an iPhone, things have just become easier. An App called Invoice2go Lite from developer invoice2go.com will get you going. So, how does the App work? First, you need to input your business information–name, address and phone number. You can also add a company logo from your photo library, clipart within the app or your computer. Then, add the product information plus pricing and that’s it. You can create invoices, estimates, purchase orders and credit memos.
When creating an invoice, you can choose from ten different styles. Invoice2go Lite has a really cool feature if you have a Paypal account–you can put a button on the invoice and customers can use Paypal to pay you. Once you have created an invoice, you can preview how it looks. After you are finished, you can email it or copy it.. Invoice2go Lite will keep track of all your invoices and balances owed–another nice touch! However, here’s where you need to upgrade as the lite version only tracks three invoices while the paid version allows you to track an unlimited number. The paid version costs 9.99 – the choice is yours. Get Invoice2go Lite in the App store for FREE.
