Do you Facebook? Millions of people use the social networking site for personal and professional reasons. Until now it has been a bit labor intensive to get contact information out of the site and into a mobile device, but the MyPhone+ for Facebook app makes it a simple with a few taps of the screen.

The MyPhone+ for Facebook app syncs up the user’s Facebook friends data with their contacts list and includes their current profile image and listed phone and email addresses too. This information is automatically synced through the app with a single touch of their listing, and will even add things like their mailing address, job title or birthday.

The app is intuitive and will also match listings when they do not have the same title or name attached, for instance a friend with the name of Tony in your phone’s contacts might go under the name of Anthony on Facebook, but the app will compare existing records and match the data. It will never overwrite information without first requesting a response from the user.

The app also allows the user to view their data in many ways, including as photos and names or by individual profile pages. The app also allows Facebook messages to be sent through it, with wall messages included.

There are other Facebook and contact syncing apps, but the MyPhone+ for Facebook app offers dialing, communication, and messaging through it as well. Currently it is compatible only with iPhone and iPod Touch devices.

The app costs $2.99 and a Facebook account is required for functionality.

If you want to keep your contacts up to date with Facebook data, this is a good app for the job.
