Are your kids fans of the PBS series known as Super Why? If so, they will really appreciate the SUPER WHY! App. This rolls four separate games into a single app, and helps to improve reading and language skills in a fun and yet challenging way. The SUPER WHY! App features the Alpha Pigs, Princess Presto, Wonder Red, and Story Saver.

Each of these characters has a special sort of game attached to them, and a child will be able to enjoy everything from letter hunts, letter sounds, tracing and writing on the screen, rhyming, and fill in the blank reading challenges. When a child succeeds at a game, they get instant access to the Learning Rewards area that lets them select from a massive collection of virtual stickers for their very own electronic sticker album.

This app is a wonderful way to entertain children during a car trip, in a waiting room, or even during times when boredom is becoming a threat to good behavior. It will help them to master their alphabet, reading, writing, spelling, and rhyming using tools much more common than the more old-fashioned workbooks and writing tablets. It is appropriate for children ages three to six.

There are many individual apps for each of the skills taught in the SUPER WHY! app, but few roll all of them together in such a familiar and entertaining way.
