Lose It! provides a variety of ingenious tools that can aid you in your weight loss goals. By simply uploading this application, you will have a handy reminder at your side at all times that will aid you in budgeting your daily caloric allowances.

Divided by breakfast, lunch, dinner, and mid day snacks, you can input the foods and calorie count into the software, and they will be measured into your daily allowance. Lose It! is accompanied by a searchable database of all possible foods you may encounter on a daily basis. With an extensive menu of foods, you can adjust the portion intake and the calories, total fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, and protein statistics will appear below.

The program is not limited to just your food intake, but also considers input of your calories burned through exercising. The statistics page will incorporate how much exercise you participate in and adjust how much more food will be needed to adhere to your caloric intake.

The software also includes a log so that you can look back to past days and see whether you are on schedule with your weekly and monthly goals.
