Ever wondered how much splatter would be created by slicing a watermelon with a Ninja sword? With the Fruit Ninja app you’ll get your answer. This is one of the simplest and yet most addictive mobile apps available and it asks only that the player use the touch screen to cut pieces of fruit in half!

Players of the Fruit Ninja app have only two simple requirements – slice the flying fruit by swiping the finger across the screen and avoid the bombs in the process. That’s it! The player will create juicy splatter as they cut kiwi, oranges, watermelons, pineapples, apples, and more which quickly drop down the screen.

The trick is to be sure that a bomb isn’t touched when slicing, and this gets progressively more difficult to accomplish. When each level of difficulty is mastered, however, the player will unlock achievements which then allow them to eventually begin posting their scores on a global leader board too. Amusing sound effects fill each game, and encouraging words of wisdom and interesting facts about fruit are spoken by the Ninja Sensei throughout each round as well.
