Do you pay a lot of attention to your sleeping habits? It is amazing just how large an impact our sleeping has on our lives. The iHome+Sleep app is designed to help the user enjoy a more relaxed sleeping environment, but also to really engage the individual on many different levels too.

Those using the iHome+Sleep app will be able to create Sleep Cards for napping, alarms, and sleep. These cards provide individual settings for times, calendar dates, sounds, reminders and messages too. For instance, there are one-touch buttons that allow someone to connect to their Facebook or Twitter accounts while getting ready for bed available on the cards. There are a huge range of options available for the interactive clock as well, with weather widgets to appear when desired, and news updates to provide the sleeper with a brief recap of any events that took place while they were asleep.

Perhaps the most interesting feature of them all is the sleep stats page that reveals to the sleeper how many times they hit the snooze button, their average hours of sleep each night, their average bedtime, their average wake up time, and the types of music that they rely on to fall asleep and wake up.

There are few clock apps to compare with the iHome+Sleep app, and it is really quite remarkably innovative and useful.

This app works with iPod Touch and iPhone devices. There is no cost for this app, and any updates will also be entirely free of charge too.

If you want to find a way to enjoy more productive sleep, or to just get yourself on schedule, this is a good app for you.
