This is one of those "laugh for the first 30 seconds, use it for another minute or two  and then… see-ya" apps.

Let ’em Dance offers six characters that move to the music. The this is, though, each has just one movement, the sensitivity to sound is not adjustable and it gets really boring in a short while.

With so many other cool apps out there now that use sound, graphics and the accelerometer to make you say "Coooool!" this one falls more than a bit flat.

Here- take a look…

Quick Take

Value:  Low
Would I Buy Again: No
Learning Curve:  Zero
Who is it for: Unclear
What I like: Made me laugh for a second or two
What I Don’t: Only made me laugh for a second or two

Final Statement: A more complex, configurable version of this might be interesting. This isn’t.

Read the Developer's Notes:
Do you remember these toys from the early 90's? They reacted to clapping or loud noises. Today you can have one in your pocket.
Let'em dance uses the build-in microphone of your iPhone and 2nd Generation iPod Touch to detect clappings. Choose from 6 different characters and let them dance.
Simple joy: clap your hands and the chosen character starts moving.O U R   T A K E . . .
