Game Insight has released a new game in the genre where it excels most: simulation gaming. This new, free game is not about businesses or islands, but the medical field.
In My Clinic, as the app is called, you name and operate a tiny, out-of-date hospital. This is the way you start up, but your adventures only start here!
To improve your hospital, you earn money by treating patients. From here, you can hire more doctors, upgrade your hospital, and upgrade your equipment. Also, as you progress, you will come across more sophisticated and time-consuming cases bringing greater rewards of course.
The way you resolve the cases is unique and fun. You first accept the patient (you must meet the number of doctors required and have the proper equipment to accept patients). Then, you wait. After a while there is a critical period of time where you must purchase the proper medicine and give it to your patient. If you miss the critical period, the patient will still recover, though it will be much, much slower. Apply the medicine while you can! More expensive medicines will bring you bigger rewards, and also faster recoveries.
Unfortunately, many cases take some time (ranging from a few minutes to several hours). So what do you do? You can close the app, wait and possibly miss the critical time, or simply use power-ups to pass the time quickly. Power-ups can be earned by playing the game and completing cases, or through an in-app purchase.
Like other games from Game Insight, there is a social aspect of this game. If your friends play with you, it is possible to help each other out. You do not directly help one another out, but you can earn up to 5% of their daily earnings.
The game is similar to the others from Game Insight – The Syndicate HD and Paradise Island HD -, so if you and your friends are happy with one of these games, you may want to stick with your already-built empire. Or you may want to start fresh, and work your way up from the bottom again. Either way, it is bound to be a challenge that any simulation game lover will enjoy.

During the game you have to cure many of the most incredible and comical illnesses. Treatment will not be for you a routine exercise.
With the growth of professionalism of your prestigious hospital will visited by patients with more complex illnesses. For their treatment you will need to hire medical professionals, buy the latest equipment to new offices and carry out more research!
