Opus isn't your average touch and gesture based music player—it's MUCH MORE. Most let you tap and flick to skip tracks or adjust the volume. But does any other let you FULLY CUSTOMIZE what each tap and flick does? Are you able to save different gesture profiles for different activities? Can you auto-rotate or lock the display to a landscape or portrait orientation so you aren't trying to read something that's upside down? Opus can do ALL of the above, and much more.Running, driving, reading, or even just kicking back—there are simply a LOT of times where we don't want to be distracted from what we're doing to look at and fiddle with our mobile music players. With less distractions, you can focus on your more important tasks at hand.Using Opus with the device strapped to your arm, on your hip, mounted in your vehicle, or even in your pocket, you can...- Adjust the volume- Seek- Change tracks- Play or pauseAll without having to look at the device screen.By default, you may:- Flick up to increase volume- Flick down to decrease volume- Tap to play and pause- Flick right to advance tracks- Flick left to go to the previous trackBut remember, Opus gives you FULL CONTROL over what each and every gesture will do.Beyond these basics, Opus also gives you MANY more advanced features.Screen Orientation ControlAuto-detect or manually force the display to any orientation. So when you do need to look at the screen, you won't be reading the screen when it's upside down or on it's side.Settings ProfilesEveryone has their own individual preferences. That's why Opus allows you to setup customized settings profiles for as many activities as you would like. Define logical gestures and a screen orientation to use for one activity. Then define a totally different group of settings that make better sense for another activity! With a couple of taps or flicks, you switch between different settings profiles whenever you want. Create a settings profile for when you're driving that has much more simplified controls. Then switch over to your other profile that has more functionality when you get to the gym!Power SaveYou may turn power save off in order to prevent the device from locking.Touch LockYou may put the device in touch lock mode and have it ignore any accidental touches on the screen. You may assign the touch lock function to any gesture you wish.Music SelectionOpus works with the built in iPod player—whatever is playing on the iPod player, so will it be in Opus (and vice verse). Also for additional convenience, Opus has built-in music selection screens so you don't have to exit out from the app in order to change what's playing. These screens are organized by playlist, artists, albums, and "On the Fly" (build a songlist on the fly!).Opus Puts Your Music In Touch.Technical SummaryFeatures:- Fully configurable gestures- Touch lock preventing accidental touches- Screen orientation control (manual or auto)- Settings profiles for personalized attributes and activities- Any customized combination of each operation and gesture belowPlayback Operations:- Play/Pause- Track Next/Prev- Volume Up/Down- Track Seek Forward/Backward- Touch LockGestures:- Tap- Double Tap- Flick Up/Down- Flick Right/Left- Multi-finger Tap
