A free app that will make you healthier? Sure! The app starts by asking you your gender and date and place of birth. After this, the app will tell you your more likely faulty body parts… And it was uncannily accurate. I’m not sure if it is just coincidence, but it got all of them spot on.

Acupuncture and acupressure (pressing with fingers or other bodyparts) have been an extensive way of healing in the East. It’s acceptance in the occidental world is slow… But you can give them a try for free with this “virtual therapist” in your Android device.

Once you have started the app and got the “painful bodyparts” you likely have, you can choose to watch the correct acupressure methods to ease the pain. They are shown as a slideshow, with measurements to make sure you press where you should and don’t misplace your fingers. It’s as simple as that. Does it work? Well, for some things I got it (headache, backpain) for some others I could not find the point (lower back ache). But I think this also depends on your ability to spot the correct place. Give it a try, after all it is a free app!

We rate this app 3.5 out of 5 stars.
