User Rating:?Have you ever been out with friends talking about the old days and commenting on how everyone has changed? What if you could be the person to show how much they have changed using a photo from the past? Well, most people don’t have their photo libraries with them at all times (how can you carry around 10,000 photos?) Now, you don’t have to because of a cool App called Simplify Photo from developer Simplify Media.
Here’s what happens. Download the App on your iPhone or iPod touch. On your computer (your PC or MAC), go to the website www.simplifymedia.com and download the Companion App. Complete a few easy steps, create a login name and password and you are ready to go. A window pops up giving you information on your photo libraries and status. You can invite up to 30 friends to share your photos, of course, choosing what they can see. Plus, you can even instant message them from your PC or MAC.
On your iPhone or iPod touch, open the Photo App and after it updates, your libraries are ready for viewing. You can search for certain photos —very handy if you have thousands of photos—and you can save them to your device’s photo library. Simplify Photo even geo locates the photos, allowing the photos to be shown on a map where the photos were taken.
Enjoy the app on your iPhone anywhere because it works on the cell network, too. One thing to remember—you need to make sure Simplify is running on your home computer.
So, the next time someone says “remember that photo from high school”, if you have it you can share it with your friends right on the spot. How cool is that? It’s a great App for just $2.99 in the App Store.
