Sprinkle is back with an all new adventure, and it is ultimately an incredible mobile gaming experience. This is a rare of example of a mobile game that could have easily charged more for their game and still be worth the pricetag. With great graphics, great sound, and varied gameplay, this might quickly become your new favorite time killer.

The Good

Sprinkle is possibly the best mobile gaming experience to date. The graphics are stunning, and it’ll make you feel like you’re playing a 3DS while running smoothly and without any framerate issues. The cartoony art direction of the game makes it look like it could be from a Pixar film. The water physics in the game are absolutely incredible, and are the best water physics we’ve seen on Google Play to date. There is some great variation of gameplay in Sprinkle Island as well, including some epic boss battles and genuinely stumping puzzles. The game also sounds great.

The Bad

Honestly, I do not see any negatives to Sprinkle Island. Developer Mediocre (who is apparently far from it) has done an incredible job crafting an all-around fantastic experience. Putting out fires has never been so much fun.

The Ugly Truth

There’s nothing ugly about this truth: Sprinkle Island is a flawless mobile game that does nothing wrong. The HD graphics are beautiful, the sound is great, and most importantly, the gameplay is varied enough throughout so that it never grows stale. Sprinkle Island is the best new game to hit Google Play this week, and Mediocre is one developer I certainly hope to see more Android gems from, and I can’t wait to see what the company has in store next.
