Not everyone gets the chance to run a business of their own, but if you would like to The Syndicate! HD is a good runner-up.
In this game you start out with a tiny business place and barely any money, just as you would in the real world. From there you can hire a far-from-elite work force (I really enjoy the biographies of the employees; they’re very creative and funny too.)
As more people are added to your work team, you can do more things. Jobs done in the game do have number-of-worker requirements. These jobs are completed after a set amount of time, after which you will need to collect your earned money and experience. Just like real business, larger jobs take more time and more people, but they are more rewarding in terms of payout and experience.
After completing a job several times, it is possible to master the job. After this point, unfortunately, you can no longer earn experience from this task, but will be rewarded with bonuses like morale or productivity boosters. Bonuses and other things can also be purchased. You can either earn the money or buy it through the available in-app purchases.
Jobs also may require a something like a telephone or computer. These you must buy with your earned money. As the game progresses, you can upgrade your equipment and your office as a whole. You can watch your office grow from a tiny shack to a huge, skyscraping corporation. Even if you have the money to upgrade your office, you must meet the employee requirement. Realistically, you wouldn’t work out of a skyscraper if you have only a few employees.
One good, fun aspect of this game worth mentioning is its great social capabilities. If your friends play this addicting game then you can add them to your financial pyramid. Here, you will be rewarded for having working friends. You can earn up to 6% of their income. However, in order to add friends to the pyramid, they must be at the same or at a lower level than you are. If this is not the case, you can simply add them to your list of employees and have them work in harmony with the virtual employees.
I really like the graphics of the game, which are very colorful and unique. I also like that the game uses real time. I frequently find myself opening the app to check and see if there is anything that I am able to do. It is a rather addicting game. There are daily check-in bonuses that definitely assist in this game’s addictive quality.
Right now, this is probably my favorite iPad game. It’s a casual game that doesn’t become dull. There’s always something to do in this game. Get the app and build your own business empire. I really can’t see how anyone could not enjoy this great game.
