So, you just bought an iPhone and you have many unanswered questions. Or, maybe you’ve owned an iPhone for sometime and you have a feeling there’s more to learn about it or you found some interesting things that it can do and you want to share them. There are many podcasts about the iPhone, but not many have their own App. Here’s one podcast that has its own app – it’s called Tii Podcast. It provides episodes of a podcast hosted by Rob who has a very interesting take on the iPhone and who allows user interaction.
The first thing you see when opening Tii Podcast is a screen that shows a ’Push to Play’ arrow. Tap the arrow and you are ready to listen. A nice touch is that all 101 of Rob’s podcast episodes (created so far) are available to play. On many episodes, there is ‘bonus content’ that you can tap on to hear added information. Some episodes have ‘extras’ including ‘wallpaper’ which can be saved to your photo library and ‘tell a friend’ which can be used to notify your friends about Tii Podcast.
User interaction is utilized in Rob’s show via emails and voicemails. Without leaving Tii Podcast you can email the show, call the show, visit the website, follow Rob on twitter or report a problem.
Each episode varies in length but all are time well spent learning about your device. Tii Podcast can run in the background so you can use other Apps while still enjoying the podcast.
