Slifter is the answer to those who extensively use the Internet to search for their shopping products.  Now you can have all that information right at your finger tips in your iPhone/iTouch device.

Initially, you’ll be asked if you want to use your current location as a default location for your shopping area. If you agree, all your future inquiries will reflect that location.

Then there’s a window for you to enter the item you’re looking for. (You must have internet access ie: WiFi)

Your results for the item requested will be shown as a list with the number of sites or locations that carry that item. Details and price are shown in that first list.

When you select that item on the list another window with a map appears with the location of the particular store you’ve chosen.

Lists will appear giving you store names and distance from your current location. Select a particular store and you are presented with complete details about the product you’re searching for.

In addition to the "Home" and "Shopping Cart" icons, at the bottom right of the window is an icon for "Hot Deals" which gives you some special items that are on sale at various local stores.

Slifter is truly an Online Shopper’s Dream! Having the ability to be able to search for practically anything through the iPhone/iTouch device is so convenient! Slifter is the answer to the online shopper’s every need. This is truly a great example of the best usage of the iPhone/iTouch device.

Who is it for: Anyone who needs the convenience shopping online.

What I like: Having such a wealth of information about so many products for sale in the user’s area is a great convenience. If you’re familiar with the iPhone/iTouch device, you will not have any problems navigating this application.

What I Don’t: Nothing……

Final Statement: Slifter is a very simple straight forward online shopping tool. Being able to access information about a product "on the run" is a valuable asset to the price minded shopper. Being able to comparative shop right at the store you’re in can save you a lot of money.
