When it comes to AT&T, there is bound to be something negative that is going on with the company. Even though the company had made an elaborate explanation about its “not-so-unlimited” unlimited plan, there is still a legal case that is being charged by one of its unlimited plan users which also happens to be an iPhone user as well.

This case involves an individual called Matthew Spaccarelli which claims that AT&T did not fulfil its part in providing an unlimited data service. AT&T has threatened to stop the phone service of the individual but he is not backing down. In fact, Spaccarelli has decided to post his court documents online so that it could act as a template for those wanting to open up a case against AT&T as well.

For those that are unaware of the current situation, AT&T had, since last year, throttling the speed of the top 5% users in an area. The speed on which they experience can be considered a bit too slow for even the common users. In fact, some claims that they are getting only 2G speeds and in some instance, unusable. AT&T has then released a section on its website which focuses on its infamous “unlimited” package.
