One of the nicest features of 1Password for iPhone is its ability to securely sync with a Mac over WiFi. It does not, however, do so "out of the box" since it requires the most recent build of 1Password for Mac and the application’s software updater is not currently showing its availability.

Version 2.8.1 (build 7185) can, however be found here in all its syncing goodness.
Once you download it (it may require a reboot) simply go to 1Password for iPhone, hit "sync", go to the "sync" tab on the Mac and select "iPhone". 1Password will then walk you through the simple steps you need to get syncing.
BTW- once you get the new version of the desktop application it works GREAT!
