Sprint to be the only carrier to offer SIM unlocked iPhone 4S in launching day

iPhone 4S is definitely a good phone and what’s better is that a lot more carriers are offering the device on their network. This is definitely a good thing because it reduces the need for SIM unlocked iPhone 4S. However, there is still demand for those types of devices and apparently, only Sprint will offer that feature on the launch date.

On the other hand, Verizon customers will need to stay for at least 60 days before they get the option of unlocking their iPhone 4S. This is not too long unless the customer wishes to sell off their iPhone 4S in the market or use a different SIM card altogether which would then be a problem as it is not SIM unlocked.

For other people around the world (even in the US), you can also get the unlocked version of the iPhone 4S soon. It is estimated that these devices will be available sometime in November 2011 although the prices will be steeper as compared to contract versions. Nevertheless, it would be a financially wise decision as the customer do not need to agree to all the ridiculous terms and conditions is required to purchase an iPhone 4S via contract.
