By now most people have posted a Tweet or two, but most of the time those messages don’t have any real style. With the Feathers app you can customize Tweets with hundreds of symbols, art clips, and even secret coding with only a tap of the screen. The Feathers app is actually quite remarkable.

The app allows the user to type their Tweets in a huge number of text styles, using Unicode symbols, upside down, and even entirely in secret code. The keyboard shortcuts make it incredibly easy to insert or format text without having to dig around for symbols to insert, and there are even keys for mathematical, musical, chess, and horoscope symbols too.

Another fantastic feature of the app is that it will allow the user to post the Tweet without closing out the app, and when they do close it the latest message is automatically copied to their clipboard. This means that a fancy or even coded message can be pasted into an email or put up on a Facebook wall.

Unlike other apps designed to dress up Tweets (like Emoji), the coding and symbols in the Feathers app can be read by most mobile devices. This means that friends not using an iPod Touch or iPhone will still be able to enjoy your unique messages.

The messages generated by the Feathers app are viewable on an array of devices, but the app itself functions strictly with iPhone and iPod Touch devices.

The cost for the app is $0.99, and any updates are made available at no additional charge.

If you want to personalize your Tweets, or even make them more challenging to read by putting them into a secret code, this is definitely the app for you to download today.
