There are many different mobile video games, but the N.O.V.A. app really stands out from the crowd. This is due to its remarkably detailed plot line, its intense graphic design, and the single and multiplayer modes. The N.O.V.A app is based in a post-apocalyptic world that has forced humans to abandon the planet and inhabit near-orbital crafts constructed just outside of Earth’s atmosphere.

These near-orbitals come under attack and the player must defend them from invading aliens. This is done on thirteen different levels and uses five entirely unique environments in which everything from ice and snow to deep jungles must be safely navigated.

Players choose from three different control schemes and views and have a range of six varying weapons with which to defend themselves and conquer the invading forces. There are options for single play, but there are different multiplayer modes as well. Global leader boards can be viewed through the app, and players can challenge friends and other enthusiasts through the game too.

There are many popular mobile games offering numerous layers and a varying degree of difficulty, but few can match the intense 3D graphics available through the N.O.V.A app.
